Self Defense and Situational Awareness Training
This training focuses on helping participants learn how to make evaluating their surroundings a part of everyday life. In other words, “spotting danger before it spots you.” The curriculum will touch upon threat detection, threat mitigation, and behavior detection. Participants will also learn how to end an attack quickly using leverage, motor skills, and creating a tactical advantage without the need to spend months and years earning a black belt. Straightforward, practical training for anyone looking to protect themselves and their family.

Firearms Instruction
Courses include basic handgun and handgun safety, advanced handgun, concealed carry, home defense, and carbine rifle (AR) classes. All classes revolve around how to safely and effectively employ and manipulate a given weapon system within the environment in which it is being used. Basic courses focus on shooting fundamentals, clearing malfunctions, and weapon safety. Advanced courses focus on drawing from a concealed holster (handgun), moving while shooting, and unusual shooting positions one may encounter while engaging an active threat. Participants will also learn the “rules of engagement” and the
laws regarding the use of force.

Physical Fitness
Physical fitness ranges from one-on-one personal training to large group instruction. Whether at your place of business, your home, or anywhere, the need to improve one’s physical ability is necessary. T4L will tailor the training to meet your needs. The training is scalable, meaning people of all abilities and fitness levels can train concurrently. Additionally, the training can be cardio-specific, weight training-intensive, functional in nature, or any combination. We will work with you to get the results you desire and fulfill the T4L tenet of having “physical prowess.”
